Our Portfolio of Villa Services

The Cape Portfolios team are passionate about what we do and we all work really hard to ensure that you have a great time with us and that your stay in a Cape Portfolios property will be as care-free and enjoyable as possible.

As soon as you have confirmed your accommodation booking then Chuma Gwenxa, our dedicated Guest Relations Manager, will start discussing arrangements for your stay with you in case there is anything extra you would like assistance with such as car hire, airport transfers and child care, or if you are interested in finding out about any of the exciting tours and travel experiences we have personally selected and tested out ourselves to recommend to our clients.

Then whatever time of day or night you arrive someone will always welcome you warmly and show you around your property to handover the keys and explain how everything works. We ensure that our properties are prepared for the arrival of our guests, with fresh flowers and a small "welcome pack" of basic provisions to greet you, fresh linen on the beds, towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Once you have settled in, you are always welcome to stop by at our conveniently located Camps Bay beachfront offices during the week if you have any questions or need more help from our team, and Chuma will also follow up with you from time to time during your stay to check that you are happy and assist in any way she can.

A regular cleaning service is included in the cost of all our rental properties as well as pool cleaning and garden service where applicable. We will also be pleased to assist with any maintenance issues through our team of reliable service providers and our clients are welcome to use a 24 hour cell phone number manned by our duty manager for any after-hours emergencies.

We offer many other additional villa services that can be arranged on request at our properties and although most of these are described below, please let us know if there is anything else you require assistance with and we will try to help. We recommend requesting any additional services such as car hire and villa chefs when you book and certainly well ahead of your arrival over our popular summer season.
