Geneva Way is built over two levels, the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all opens up on to a large outdoor terrace. There are four en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms opens up onto the garden area via large glass sliding doors. The last of the bedrooms is housed in a completely separate apartment. This apartment has its own bathroom, as well as a food preparation area. It could ideally be used for an au-pair or for teenage children who might want to be slightly separate. However the quality of this apartment is comparable to the rest of the house, so it is by no means staff accommodation. Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space.

The upper level has a large wraparound balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sundowners as children play in the garden below. The garden although not big considering the size of the house, offers plenty of space to runaround. The pool is also not overly large, but it is large enough to swim lengths.

In all, Geneva Way is a super location for a larger group travelling together, be it family, friends or a production crew.
